Andrea Berti continues the tradition of Berti Coltelleria, a handicraft shop founded in 1895 by David Berti at Scarpiera in Mugello, Tuscany. The method of this company is: whoever starts a knife ends it signing his or her initials. There is no division of labor, every knife is the result of the work of a single craftsman. Andrea Berti collaborates with KnIndustrie for the creation of the BeKnife collection, service of elegant and modern stainless steel knives.
