Designer Sergio Herman, born in 1970, comes from the Dutch province of Zeeland, which played a major role in his creations as a source of inspiration thanks to its natural landscapes. Initially in his life he dedicated himself to the family restaurant that he left to undertake other culinary initiatives, publishing for example various cookbooks, and then later open four restaurants. He has created various tableware items (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots) for Serax, including the collections Surface and Inku, as well as Ink chairs and stools.
