Designer who comes from Apulien, Fabio Meliota studied architecture in Pescara, where he hanged out at the gallery of contemporary arts Cesare Manzo. This experience has influenced a lot his approach to the world of design. After his graduation at the University “Gabriele d’Annunzio”, he became a member of the design studio founded by Enzo Calabrese, where he cooperates for projects realized by important companies, such as Listone Giordano, Lema, Covo, Rapsel, Touchdesign/Italamp and L'Abbate. In 2007 he was awarded by Ad Index with the Compasso d’Oro for a project made for Listone Giordano. Afterwards he has often been invited as exhibitor to many design exhibitions. In 2011 he founded his studio “eF/eM design&lighting” in Pescara, the town of his youth, where today he lives and works.
